| TAGS Membership Form | TAGS Inc. maintains the 'TAGS Contact List' which is a printed
document circulated to members only (it helps members stay in touch with
people met at support meetings). The TAGS Membership Application Form
explicitly asks applicants to indicate whether they wish to have their
contact details printed on the TAGS Contact List. All other information in the TAGS Membership Application Form remains confidential with TAGS Inc. Information is not used for commercial purposes or passed to third parties. |
